At Serelle Skin, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and haircare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where the product is out of stock after order confirmation or if an order is canceled by Serelle Skin. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged upon arrival)
